Health Guarantee
While every precaution has been taken to insure that your puppy is in good health we cannot guarantee that it will not become ill or die. We recommend that you take your puppy to your veterinarian as soon as possible (within 3 days of the date of delivery of the puppy to you). Should your veterinarian find that there is a serious illness or birth defect in the puppy then we will refund the full purchase price or replace the puppy at no charge. Shipping charges (if there are any) are the responsibility of the buyer and are not refundable. Von Harlach Kennels does not guarantee against PARVO, CORONA VIRUS or any type of intestinal viruses nor against coccidiosis or worms.
The terms of this health guarantee are for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery of the puppy to the buyer.
